We strive to make pieces that will last a lifetime. If your Free Maison piece has become damaged or is not up to your standards, we would like to make it right.

 

 

Repairs

Small repairs can be done at no cost. We complete significant repairs at a rate of $20/hr of work. Please send images of your damaged item to support@free.maison and we will estimate the repair cost for the item.

For most locations within NYC and Jersey City, we can arrange a free pickup and drop off for your item. Outside of these locations, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to our workshop, and Free Maison will cover return shipping.

 

 

Incorrect Sizing

We want you to feel your best when wearing your Free Maison pieces. If the sizing issue was our error or can be done without much difficulty, the adjustment will be made free of charge. Pricing for resizing otherwise depends on the difficulty of the adjustment and proof of purchase.

Returns

Cancellations or refunds are not available, and all sales are final. Free Maison’s pieces are unique works of art, and we generally do not accept returns for refund. However, we may consider returns for exchange or credit under exceptional circumstance within 10 days of delivery, at our discretion.

Please reach out to support@free.maison with photos of the piece and a description of the issue if you would like us to consider a return. A confirmation email regarding your return must be issued before any return can proceed. Returned items must be in new, unworn, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Upon receipt, we will inspect all returns to ensure they meet our condition requirements. We reserve the right to decide if the item qualifies as saleable. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning any items deemed unsaleable. Original shipping fees are not refundable and cannot be transferred. Please allow up to 5 days for us to process your return after we receive the piece.
